I finally took the challenge and was prompted to get the cPanel Certification by cPanel University out of the way, I created 3 accounts as I got inpaitent waiting for the confirmation email and finally got logged in,

Needless to say, the course is quite nice and was fairly easy to pass, I’d reccomend working through all of the courses to get the full certification and for the complete newbie, the courses on exim, dovecot, cpanel, whm, resources, packages, ftp, services and much more items and terminology as you progress, start with the sales professional.
