My favorite this year was certainly the Backwards Google at https://com.Google and the blast from the past was given by Amazon.com showing off a very old design which I actually favor compared to the new, a much more retro looking website,

Some others to catch my eye included the Smartbox by Inbox, by Gmail, by Google which was awesome, and I wanted to buy it :p

And of course the other superb one was Google Japan launching Google Panda which a friend thought was so amazing he wanted to buy one! – I’m sure all the SEO Consultants had a laugh over this one,
